We connect leaders from different countries and cultures through virtual platforms and in-person meetings. We believe that the exchange of experiences enriches perspectives and strengthens the calling.
Each leader is assigned a mentor with experience in their area of interest. Together they journey through a process of spiritual growth, skills development, and purpose discernment.
The mentees become part of a global network where they share resources, pray for one another, and celebrate progress. The leader's isolation transforms into community.
Leadership can be a lonely path. That’s why we’ve developed a personalized mentoring program where experienced leaders walk alongside those taking their first steps or facing new challenges. It’s not a hierarchical relationship, but rather a supportive partnership where both learn and grow.
Our mentors are men and women with proven track records in Christian leadership, social entrepreneurship, and community work. Through regular meetings (virtual or in-person), they offer listening ear, advice, fraternal correction, and encouragement. The goal is for each leader to discover their own path, not to copy someone else’s.
In addition to individual mentoring, we facilitate learning networks where leaders from different regions come together to address specific topics: discipleship in crisis situations, purpose-driven entrepreneurship, mental health for leaders, and more. These spaces are coordinated by experienced facilitators and feature special guest speakers.
The networks operate in cohorts of 6 to 8 weeks, with virtual meetings and study materials. By the end, participants have not only acquired new knowledge but have also forged bonds of friendship and collaboration that transcend borders. Many of these groups continue to meet on their own long after the official program has ended.
Delve into the power of mentoring and collaborative leadership. Articles, interviews, and reflections on walking together in God’s purpose.
